Baby Body Bootcamp – The Workouts



A three month online fitness plan which includes twenty four workouts that you can do at home or in the gym. Each month builds on your strength and fitness gradually and includes a combination of low impact HIIT and Pilates exercises for weight loss, tone, strength and fitness.
The Exercises are suitable for postpartum mums as well as busy mums with little time to spare. There is also an online video glossary to ensure correct technique and precision of movement to help avoid injury.
